1. How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
Please allow 1-5 days to process and ship an order, but we will try our best to ship out every order in 1-2 business days. For customized items, it will take around 1-3 weeks. For more information, please check out the "Product Availability" for each item in the item's main page.

2. Which carrier will be used to ship my order?
Depending on the weight and the material of the product, we will use different carriers to ship different products. Some of the carriers we use are not listed below. Here are some of the carriers that are commonly used.

*Freight Carriers
*Freight Carriers are often used for shipping large items. The driver will usually contact the recipient to schedule a delivery date. The recipient must be home during delivery so they can release the package and the recipient can inspect it. The driver is not obligated to move the big items into your house due to their company policy.

3. Will I receive a tracking number after my order has been shipped?
After the order has been shipped out, our system will send out the tracking number along with which carrier is used. Please look carefully for the tracking number in the confirmation email.
For orders that have been shipped out by using a trucking company, we will send the website link of the trucking company for you to track your order. The tracking number should tell you the "estimated time of delivery". We strongly recommend our customer to be present during scheduled delivery time, so that he or she may inspect the product for any shipping damages.

5. What should I do if there is shipping damage?
We would recommend our customer to be present during the time of delivery and inspect the package when it arrives. If a shipping damage does occur, please send us the picture of the damage parts along with the order number to our customer service email. All shipping damages must be reported within 72hrs via email. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.

6. Can I change the shipping address after my item has been shipped?
To prevent fraud and security of the actual recipient to receive the order, shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been shipped out. The address that the product will be shipped to can only be the "Ship To" address provided when you place the order.

7. Can I combine multiple orders in one box?
Some items that are smaller may be combined in one box but some may not. It depends on which warehouse the item is being shipped from and the product itself. It is up to our shipping department to decide if the orders will be combined in one box. Our goal is to prevent possible damages during transit.

8. Do you ship everything from the same location?
Most of our items will be shipped from our warehouse in California. Depending on the availability of the product, we may ship out the product from another warehouse located out of California.

Delivery attempts are only made during normal business days excluding national holidays.

10. Do you ship internationally and to APO address?
We do not ship internationally or to APO address. We can only ship within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. This excludes the states of Alaska, Hawii and Puerto Rico

Due to high shipping damages caused by express shipping, we do not offer express shipping.

12. Can I ask for the delivery driver to come at a specific time?
Most of the delivery will be made between 8-5pm on the "Estimated Delivery Day" provided by the carrier.
