The objective for our Return Policy is not to turn away customers, but to maintain a competitive edge in bringing our customers low price, fast shipping and quality products and outstanding customer service. All Exchanges and Returns must include a Return Manufacturer Authorization number (RMA).
This enables us to coordinate your return with the warehouse and process customer returns more efficiently. RMA number requests are made via our online RMA Request Form. When filling out the RMA form, please indicate the reason why you are requesting RMA and whether you would like to exchange or return for refund. You have 30 days to request RMA number after your order has been placed. After 30 days, all RMA requests will be denied. Please allow 2-5 business days for RMA to be issued.
 
All returns without RMA number will be refused or subject to 50% re-stocking fee. All return units must be in original box and in as-new condition with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Partial credit will be issued if any of these items are missing. The RMA number will expire after 15 days after it has been issued to customer.
 
Standard Return Policy
 
All Returns with valid RMA number are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Original shipping is not refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of returned shipping for defective / damaged and non-defective products for inspection unless stated otherwise. Priceground.com reserves the right to adjust the refund on the return depending upon the condition of the returned product after inspection. There will be an additional 15% handling fee deducted from credit for all returned products with free shipping. This is to cover the original shipping charge and handling charge and also the restocking fee charged by the manufacturer.
 
All defective products will be handled by the manufacturer under the terms of their product warranty. Priceground.com will not replace or exchange defective products that fall under the manufacturer's warranty coverage. Please refer to the owner's manual for instructions on how to contact the manufacturer regarding product defects. For technical assistance, please refer to the manual from the manufacturer.
 
If your product is damaged due to shipping, you must inform us within 72 hours of receiving your product via our online RMA form with no exception. Please describe the nature of the damaged area and take pictures of the box and damaged area after you submit your request and email all images to info@priceground.com and put Attn: Damaged Picture on the emai'sl subject line. We do NOT issue credit for shipping damages under any circumstance. The replacement for shipping damages is free if it is reported within 72 hours after receiving your product with damaged pictures provided.
 
If the damage is noticeable at the time of delivery, please refuse the package and make sure you notify the driver. The damaged shipment will be thoroughly inspected to validate their working condition once it has arrived back to the warehouse. If Priceground.com / manufacturer / distributor / vendor deems the unit to be of proper working condition and in fact not damaged during transit, a re-stocking fee of 25% as well as the original shipping charge for both ways (original shipping and return shipping) will be deducted from your credit.

For all non-deliverable item which was returned back to the manufacturer / priceground.com / distributors, ex Carrier is unable to find the location, incorrect address at customer's fault, not available to sign for the package after serveral attempt by the carrier etc..., order will be treated as refused order.
 
For all credit, please allow approximately 5-8 weeks to be issued and posted to your credit card statement once the unit has been returned back to our warehouse.
 
For all refused orders and replacement unit, all customer orders and replacement unit refused upon delivery will be subject to a 30% processing fee plus both ways shipping cost (original shipping and return shipping). There will be no exception on refused shipments.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Policy
 
Due to manufacturer restriction, any items that fall under our "Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Policy" cannot be returned for a refund. These items cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene issues. The manufacturer will not take any returns on the products listed below, therefore we cannot accept any returns once the item has been purchased. To check if your items fall into this category during purchase, simply click on the Return Policy tab in the product information. Here are some of the items that are non-returnable and non-refundable:
 
Eva-Dry Dehumidifiers, Broil King, Chef Specialties, Massage Pillow, Fragrances, Skincare Products, Makeup, Haircare, Candles, Simplewave, All different type of Gaming Accessories and console, Furnitures, Lingerie, Hampers, etc...

By filing a chargeback with the credit card company after your purchase, you have forfeited your right to request a return authorization number. All return authorization will be denied and void.
