If you are reading what I am about to explain right now, you are definitely thinking about getting this product and being one of the first to receive this product when it is released.

What is Pre-Order ? A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released (normally it comes with a release date). Simply put, you cannot find this product anywhere in the store and you want to pre-order the product in advance, so you can receive the item after it has been released and also be one of the first to receive this product. Please note that pre-order items are normally popular, high in demand, sell out fast, and have limited copies. This is the reason why you want to pre-order the product in advance and we also highly recommend it.

So what is release date? An Industry term that refers to the date that the product is available from the Publishing Company. Once released by the Publisher, Priceground.com will pick up the product and transport to our Priceground.com fulfillment centers located in various regions of the United States. Product from the Publisher to Priceground.com may arrive on the same day or up to several days from the product release day. Once Priceground.com fulfillment center receives the products, it is then shipped to our customers in the order it was received. Of course, pre-order will be the first in line. Please also note that the release date is subject to change without notice, and this is something beyond our control. Once the Publisher provides Priceground.com a new release date, it will be reflected on the web site, so please check back often.

There are some restrictions for pre-ordering products and these are the following restrictions:

• When a pre-order is placed, your credit card will be authorized and charged in advance.
  
  
• Pre-order items can be canceled if the order has not been processed. Once order has been canceled, credit will be issued back to your credit card. Please allow 7 to 10 business day to be reflected on your credit card statement.
  
  
• All orders are subject to additional address verification. This is a precautionary Priceground.com performs to ensure your safety and deter fraudulent activity. If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, please contact your issuing bank. There is a customer service number located on the back of your card, and you may have your shipping destination added as an authorized alternate ship-to address in the record. Both your billing and shipping address must be verified before an order will ship.
  
  
• Unfortunately, Pre-Order does NOT GUARANTEE a copy of the game due to demand and supply. Sometimes the game publisher does not produce sufficient amount of copies to meet a short surge of demand. This usually happens with Collector's Edition and Bundles, becasue their prices are higher and demand for these items are high only for a very short period of time. To avoid surplus, game publishers produce very limited number of copies of these Bundles and Collectors Editions. Priceground.com will place the amount of pre-orders we get from our customers, but it will ultimately depend on the amount of copies that the publisher and distributor has for each channel. If we are unable to get the item you pre-order, we will send out an email notification and issue a full refund.
