1. How long does the filter for the Hepa Air Purifier last?
The answer to this questions depends on how often do you use your air purifier. The filter's life time is different for each brand. However, under normal circumstances the HEPA filters will las a year or long. We suggest that you ask our representative to find out that information for you. 2. Where can I purchase a replacement for HEPA filter?
Most retailers that carry air purifiers will also carry replacement filters. We will carry most of the filters for the air purifiers that we sell. In case that you cannot find the filter you need here, please contact us. Please give us your manufacture and the model number you have purchased. Normally, the replacement filters directly from the manufacturer via an 800 number or their website.

3. Can I clean my HEPA filter?
We strongly do not recommend vacuuming or washing the HEPA filter and regular purifier filter. This will not only damage the filter material, but also the air purifier itself. The warranty from the manufacture may not cover the damaged cause by this issue. So we strongly recommened our customer to purchase a new filter. Please read our product information before purchasing.

4. What is Microban product protection?
Microban is an antimicrobial agent that is used to treat the HEPA filter. Microban product protection helps inhibit the growth of odor-causing bacteria, mold and mildew on the filter surface. Microban does not affect the life of the filter.

5. How is HEPA filtration going to protect me from most airborne contaminants?
HEPA filters are a tightly woven material that traps extremely small particles as the air passes through them. HEPA filters are so efficient that they trap most microscopic particles.

6. How many HEPA air filter should I buy?
In addition to the filter that is included when you purchase the air purifier, at least one replacement filter should also be purchased. The retailer where you purchased the air cleaner will typically offer the replacement filters.

8. Where do you store the extra filter?
Your spare filter should be kept in its original packaging to keep it protected and clean prior to use. It should be kept in the “Shelter-in-Place” room.

9. Will any captured particles be released from HEPA filter back into the air?
Under normal conditions no. However, if the filter is shaken or disturbed it is possible. We usually suggest our customer do not shake or move the air purifier to often to avoid this issue and other damages.

10. How do I determine which air filter is more budget wise in terms of buying an air purifier?
Our customer usually look at the cost of the air filter for the air purifiers that they are purchasing. They will then consider how much they are willing to spend for the air filter each year base on their budget. However "budget" should not be the only factor when selecting a product such as air purifier and portable air conditioners.
